Happy October.

October is the month 

or time of year

where all the creepy things appear.

When we think of Halloween night,

everything is not very bright.

All the ghosts, pirates,

and scarecrows beware.

For October is here

and it's everywhere.

 Sometimes,

 I think of all the times

that I have been scared.

 The haunted houses, bats, and blood.

 I have seen this all before.

 And only in October

  can you nervous

 all the more.

 I learn to walk the halls

 without a squeak,

 just in case,

that someone might be following me.

 I like the night,

 but not the dark

 or all the slimy things

 that leave their mark.

 So Happy October
